Jeanette (Jane) walked out of the intensive care room... Darrell (Tom) walked towards her... seeing how shag she looked... went over to the dispensing machine for a glass of coffee... Jane is very upset and does not want to talk to anyone... but she braised herself for interrogation from Tom....
Tom: Are you okay?
Jane: Yah...
Tom: Is your brother okay...
Jane: Yah...
Tom: (Concerned) Jeanette... you have not told me about a brother...
Jane: (Took a deep breathe) Yes, well... it wasn’t so important since i have not seen him for 10 years... but I know that the day i see him again is the day he is in trouble.... and die....
Jane started to shed tears again... Tom did not understand that statement... but he left it at that... Juz then...
Christopher (Raynor): Ay... you all here... been looking for you... hah hah.... I shoot that stupid Dickson until he want to die... hahah.... he thinks he police inspector very great... I not bad too what... at least i am also a professional.... i earn more.... OOOOOUUUUUCCCCHH!!!!!
Tom stomped on Raynor's foot.
Raynor: (Frowning) Why you.... oops... well ermm... I din do nothing you know... I did get some news out from that Dick...
Jane and Tom looked up in interest...
Raynor: hmm... well... Dick said that this two people not the first time already... It seems that James Lin, your brother has reported his wife to the police for poisoning him... and the wife has reported James for abusing her...
Also this fall is not an accident at all... it seems that they were struggling and then fall of the steps... hmmm.... kinda stupid rite... if cannot stay together get divorce lah... so suffering together for what..... OUCH!... why you step on my feet again....
Tom looked over to Jane, looking for signs of depression... Jane juz sighed...
Jane: I am prepared... I know from young that I am different... my family... I know when they are going... and my brother is no different... I hoped that this day would not come.. I know it will come... but I never expected it to be so soon... Sorry... crying again... you all must be really pissed that I am crying so much...
Raynor: Well... I am.... ouch... what... what did i say....i was trying to comfort her...
Tom shaked his head in exasperation... but that brought a smile to Jane's face...
Raynor: See... I made her smile... don you dare to step my feet again...hmph....
Doctor (Trends) came out of the intensive care room...
Trends: you will be please to know that he has come out of the coma... his condition is very stable.. but please do not agitate him... he needs the rest... so limit your visit to 15 mins... I think I can get him transferred to normal ward later... Oh by the way... he has traces of delirium in his blood... so his reflex may not be as agile...
Jane's face lit up... she rush in with Tom and Raynor after him...
