Epi 1:
Story starts in 1999, where the 2 older Ho brothers, along with Tom Kong and Jane Yip and some other oldies are seen having a meeting in Wan He Pte Ltd, the Wans suddenly barge in, led by their father, Mr Ken Wan, who is 60 and needs a walking stick to move…
"What do u mean by this!!!! How can u call for this meeting without me, the biggest shareholder????" rails Ken
Foreva: U all r too much, afterall my dad and your dad r the best of friends, they have braved….
Chaos interrupts and says coldly: " WERE the best of friends, little girl, don't insult my dad by associating him with such a jerk… anyway, Wan Wan, Now we already have gotten hold of 60% of the shares…of which 20% is kindly donated by ur deceased daughter…
Trends: Da Jie….
Ken: That STUUUUUUPID girl….
Chaos: No matter how 'stupid' she was, she was at least still a kind person… YOU caused her death… YOU killed your own daughter… (Chaos too ji dong….)
Ken: SHUT UP!!! Those who still support me, leave with me! (no one budges… Ken's eyes nearly pop out)
Ken: Jane! To think I paid for ur education and made sure u got the best… now u…

Tom fidgets, with an uneasy expression on his face…………
Chaos: Shall I, Wan Wan, call the security or do u wanna walk out urself?

(Trends leaves unwillingly, and her eyes r fixed on chaos…)
(the secretary of chaos, Christy, is seen standing outside the door, presumably eavesdropping….)
Yi: Actually there is no need to go so far….
Chaos: I'll talk to u later. The rests of u may go first.
Jane: Is our dinner tonight still on? (gives a flirtatious smile)
Chaos seems to be in deep thought and says suddenly: No, I have other plans tonight, important plans…. (smiles)
Jane's face changes and she storms out…. Tom tries to go after her.
Yi: Don't u think u went too far? U ought to ask urself if u did it for the company, for dad or for Lenlen… her death was an accident!!! Why can't u come to ur senses?
Chaos says softly: "Then let me ask u, r u so soft-hearted simply cos u r so righteous or simply cos Foreva is a Wan?"
Yi is dumbfounded and decides to walk out, sensing that his brother can read his mind.
In the pantry
Tom: U have changed, I cannot believe u did that to Wan Wan…
Jane: AT LEAST I show my ambitions, better than some guy who tries so hard to play the good guy and turns out to be a much devious person than I am… (stares at Tom and walks out)
Tom narrows his eyes and seems to be in deep thought….
Meanwhile, at the oil refinery…
NYJ, the "zhong yi qi" headman is a popular man there who gets along well with almost everyone, except for J, the cook, who seems to like to bicker with him…
NYJ: Hey, how come the soup tastes so awful today?
J: "don't like, own self cook lor, don't complain so much, don't really think u r da ge than complain complain complain….."
NYJ: okay okay, shut up, I shall just make do with this extremely sour chicken soup…. Sigh…
J smiles contentedly to herself… that smile ceases once Foreva appears…
Foreva: "Neo Neo, look what I brought for u!"
NYJ, visibly embarrassed by the enthusiastic 'xiao jie' gets up quickly and pulls her out of the canteen…. : "I thought I told u not to bring anymore stuff …"
Foreva pouts and says: but I took one whole day to boil the bird's nest just for u….
NYJ: alright… alright…. ('Resigned to fate' face appears…)
They walk back to the canteen and NYJ finds his sour chicken soup and rest of meal in dustbin, without any thought, he turns to J but b4 he could open his mouth,
J says: "Solli hor, I thought u didn't want such simple fare anymore…" and J gives a arrogant face and walks away…..
NYJ sighs more while Foreva happily pours bird's nest for her Neo Neo….
At The Airport
Denyse arrives and comes out, runs to Tom and the 2 hug tightly…
Denyse delightedly, "Boy did I miss u"…
Tom, expressionless, " I miss u too"……
Tom helps Denyse carry her luggage and a photo drops out form Tom's pocket unnoticed… a yellow, faded photo of him and Ona_ Yip in the Mandai Zoo…
In the Ho's Mansion…
Ken: I have to depend on u 2….
Insane: Don't worry Mr Wan, the Teo sisters shall do what they do best, that is, to deceive people and help u get ur empire back….
Ken: I not only want to get what they took from me back, but also I want the Wans and Jane Yip, as well as all those who supported Chaos to come to a very sorry end.
Models, a stunning model (hahah sorry corny pun), smiles seductively and says, ": yes dear ho, we will do what we can… anyway, I already have Logic Ho twisted round my little finger….
The 3 laugh sinisterly together…
In Trends' room, where Trends looks sadly at a book, given to her by chaos…. and a photo of her and her deceased da jie, Lenlen… Suddenly the phone rings…
Chaos: " Hi, Trends, r u free tonight? I'm depressed and the first person I thought of was u…."
